In a Listener session, you will be actively listened to, and provided with basic reflective feedback.
No counselling modality will be applied, no action plan.
After an initial enquiry, we take time to understand your needs and expectations before starting. From there, support is structured yet flexible, allowing conversations to flow naturally while still working toward meaningful progress.

Rebalance is responsive but it is not a 24/7 service, when you don’t get a response quick enough to meet your needs, please reach out to those 24/7 hotlines or services.
